One of the Country Club Plaza’s most recognizable buildings, Valencia Place is home to 10 stories of office, retail, and restaurant operations. Ridgeline performed a full restroom demolition and installation including lighting circuits, mirror lights, lighting controls, and light fixtures.

A Kansas City, Kansas based company, Orange EV manufactures 100% Electric Class 8 vehicles. Power is something Orange EV and Ridgeline have in common. Ridgeline was trusted to handle audio/visual for their TI needs, specifically hanging and wiring TVs, soundbars, and media cameras.

Through an expansion of their headquarters, Ridgeline is supporting Alphapointe in their mission to offer vision rehabilitation career training, employment services, education and advocacy and are able to help anyone experiencing vision loss. The expansion includes power installation and lighting installation, as well as support for low voltage and fire alarm.

The Scuola Vita Nuova (SVN) Charter School will be renovating its third project in six years, this time with the help of Ridgeline at the former Social Security Administration building. Ridgeline will be responsible for the installation of the fire alarm system. Ridgeline will not be responsible for any mispronunciation of Scuola Vita Nuova.

Going from office supplies to booze is a trade we’ll take every day – what makes it better is that Ridgeline is a part of the project. Ridgeline will demo the existing building’s electrical work and assist with the installation of all new electrical components.

Ridgeline was trusted to provide all card access, data, security, and fire alarm low voltage services at Legends267 – our work making each resident’s experience that much better. We offered to forgo a fee on this project for lifetime access to the pool and fitness center, but our request was denied.
